Mr. Tomas Mendelsohn, CEO and Chairman. Mr. Mendelsohn brings over 20 years of senior management R&D, system testing and marketing expertise to the Company. Prior to founding MEDIT, Mr. Mendelsohn served as the director of QA testing at Microsoft TV, and as business development manager at TesCom, a leading software testing and e-testing firm worldwide. Professor Haim Bitterman, MD, Medical Advisor. Dr. Bitterman is the Chairman of the Division of Medicine at the Carmel Medical Center, Haifa. He also serves as the Vice Dean at the Faculty of Medicine, the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa. Dr. Bitterman brings invaluable experience in ICU/IMCU ward management. Dr Avi Messica, Business Development. Dr Messica served at senior management positions in Tower Semiconductors Ltd , ShellCase Ltd and served as the CEO of Memlink Ltd., Clareo Photonics Inc. and as a turnaround CEO for Do-Coop Technologies. He served as the chairman of the public steering committee of the start-up center at the Israeli Export Institute and serves as advisory board member in several Hi-Tech companies. He worked closely with Israeli and American venture capital firms such as Kodiak Venture Partners, Israel Seed Partners and Jerusalem Global Ventures in which he also served as an Executive-in-Residence until recently. Mr. Nittai Hofshi, VP of Marketing and Sale. Prior to joining MEDIT, Mr. Hofshi managed marketing and sales activities, and was responsible for forming strategic alliances with over 80 international cable companies and service providers at Microsoft TV. He also held the senior VP position at Tyrex, an international developer of personnel management and training systems, where he built an international network of distributors and resellers in the U.S., Europe and Africa. Mr. David Ovadia, VP of R&D. Mr. Ovadia. Prior to joining MEDIT has served as Director of the GSM, CDMA & iDEN engineering group at Motorola where he took the lead part on the definitions of the company technology. Mr Ovadia has an M.B.A on a special program for executives in Hi-Tech companies management. Mr. Eytan Richter, CFO Mr. Richter brings to MEDIT broad experience in business development and financial strategy, having been the owner and general manager of Desher Electrical Home Appliances, a successful Israeli retail business since 1983. Yacov Gilat, Legal Advisor. Mr. Gilat is a prominent lawyer and business entrepreneur for the past 25 years. Mr. Gilat has held several advisor positions with leading American and Israeli companies, serving as vice chairman of the board at Baltimore Spice, a national supplier of spices, blended seasonings, food colors, extracts and vanillas.
